A billing statement with the total amount due, payment options, and delivery details will then be sent to you to complete the process.
Step 3: Pay the total amount due. Use any of the provided payment options in the billing statement to complete your purchase.
Step 4: Submit proof of payment. Send us a clear copy or screenshot of your payment receipt, including the details and reference number. Our team will verify the payment and, upon confirmation of successful payment, we will provide you with an order delivery detail.

How to pay directly to the company (Other Than the Online Store)

Through the Official Payment Link:
Step 1: Input the total purchase amount, including any applicable delivery and handling fees.
Step 2: Select between QR/e-wallet, installment, or debit/credit card.
Step 3: Fill out the required information. This includes your billing and delivery details, birth date, email, contact number, and card details (for card payments).
Step 4: Review and complete the order. A summary of your information will be displayed. Only proceed when the details are correct.
Step 5: Complete the CAPTCHA to confirm you are not a bot and finish your payment. Some payments may require a one-time password (OTP).
After paying through a bank deposit, bank transfer, or payment link, you must present your proof of payment and order details using one of the following methods:

- In Person: Visit our headquarters.
Once your payment is verified, a notification will be sent to your contact details confirming the transaction, crediting of points, issuance of activation codes, and product fulfillment.
Note: For orders that require delivery, a separate billing statement for the delivery fee and handling fee will be issued.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
- Metro Manila: 3–4 business days
- Outside Metro Manila (Luzon): 3–6 business days
- Visayas: 3–7 business days
- Mindanao: 6–12 business days

What is an IDA Number?
An Infinite Dashboard Account (IDA) Number is your unique identification number in the INFINITE System. It is used to identify your wholesaler account where points, rebates, and sales bonus commissions are credited. Your IDA number is connected to the IDA number of your sales group to reflect all sales bonuses, incentives, and achievements generated from your personal and group sales. Once the activation codes are encoded, the transaction is not reversible.
What is an Infinite Ambassador?
An Infinite Ambassador is a wholesaler who has enrolled at least three directly sponsored wholesalers who are at least two levels lower rank or higher than the sponsoring wholesaler.
Example: If the wholesaler sponsor is Sapphire Rank, the requirement is to enroll at least 3 directly sponsored Pearl rank (or higher) wholesalers.
How to maintain your Infinite Ambassador status after ranking up?
The requirements remain the same: To have 3 directly sponsored wholesalers who are at least two levels lower rank or higher. For example, if a Sapphire-ranked Infinite Ambassador ranked up to Diamond, the Diamond Infinite Ambassador must enroll or rank up at least three directly sponsored Ruby-rank wholesalers to keep the Diamond Infinite Ambassador status.
What is the purpose of subscriptions and their function?
A subscription is required each calendar month for a wholesaler to earn points equivalent to the sales bonus as outlined in the company’s compensation plan. Each subscription level unlocks specific bonuses and incentives, and maintaining a monthly subscription confirms a wholesaler’s active status, which allows unmatched bonus points to be carried over to the next calendar month.
Subscription Details:
- Basic Subscription allows wholesalers to earn from:
- Enroller Bonus
- Product Set Unilevel Points Bonus
- Product Set Points Pair Bonus
- This subscription is waived for the first two calendar months upon a new wholesaler’s registration (e.g., if the wholesaler registers on March 18, the subscription is free for March and April).
- Advance Subscription allows wholesalers to earn from:
- Wholesale Unilevel Points Ponus
- Wholesale Points Pair Bonus
- Ambassador Subscription allows Infinite Ambassadors to be included on leadership boards, recognition lists, and completes the other qualifications for The Awesome Guild, Tenacious Society, and Chairman’s Circle.
- This is a prerequisite for any new company recognition system that defines the active from the passive Infinite Ambassadors.
- Infinity Subscription allows an Infinite Ambassador to earn from the Infinity Bonus Program.
- Milestone Subscription allows an Infinite Ambassador to earn from the activated Milestone Bonus Program.

When is the subscription cut-off per month?
- First cut-off: Subscriptions credited from the 1st to the 7th of the month.
- Second cut-off: Subscriptions credited from the 8th to the last day of the month.
The first cut-off subscription is lower than the second cut-off to promote ahead-of-time subscription redemption.
When is the crediting of subscription points to my Hello Infinity dashboard?
Subscription points are credited to your Hello Infinity dashboard depending on where the products are purchased:
- Headquarters: Within the same business day.
- Online Store (www.infinitelivelimitless.com) or Payment Link: (https://paymaya.me/INFINITE2): The next business day.
- Bank Deposits or Transfers:
- Cleared before 5:00 PM, within the same business day.
- Cleared after 5:00 PM, the next business day.
When is the crediting of sales bonuses?
Real-Time Crediting
These bonuses are credited in real-time if the account has an active subscription:
- Enroller Bonus
- Product set points Pair Bonus
- Wholesale points Pair Bonus
Note: If subscription is redeemed after the sales transactions but within the same month, the above-mentioned bonuses will only reflect after the subscription.
Monthly Crediting
These bonuses are credited on a monthly schedule if the account has an active subscription:
- Infinity Bonus, to be credited on the 8th day of the following month.
- Milestone Bonus, to be credited on the 15th day of the following month.
When is the sales bonus redemption cut-off and credit?
- Cut off: Monday.
- Crediting: Friday 5:00 PM to Saturday 5:00 PM of the same week.
What is the INFINITE Affiliate Program?
The Infinite Affiliate Program is a feature exclusively available for Infinite wholesalers as one of their benefits in joining the Infinite program. The unique affiliate link or QR code generated for each wholesaler’s account at www.infinitelivelimitless.com directs viewers to our official store for customers to buy Infinite products.
Any product purchases made by customers through the affiliate link or QR code will be processed by the company from checkout until delivery. The registered affiliate of this link will earn an affiliate bonus for every successful sale, which will be credited to the affiliate’s dashboard wallet. How to promote INFINITE products through your own online shop using your affiliate link?
Copy the affiliate link or QR and publish it to promote. The link can be:
- Posted and included in your social media bio, content, video or photo posts, comment section, group messages, chats, and messaging apps.
- Sent as a direct message (DM) to customers for direct access to the online store.
- Used as part of your artwork, cover photo, profile photo, or business card.
The more you use this link and QR code, the more accessible your online store becomes to prospective product buyers.
A verified Hello Infinity account allows sales commissions to be paid out through bank or e-wallet.
Step 1: Update the Profile A wholesaler must log in to their Hello Infinity account and update the bank or e-wallet account information.
Step 2: Send the KYC Documents A wholesaler must send the following documents and information via private message to the company’s official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Infinitelivelimitless
- Full name and IDA number
- A clear image of a valid, government-issued primary ID
- A clear image of proof of bank account or verified e-wallet account
- A short selfie video holding the valid, government-issued primary ID
Acceptable Proof of Bank Documents
- Bank Statement or Certificate
- Passbook (outer and inside cover)
- Deposit Slip
To ensure proper verification, the following information must appear clearly on the bank or e-wallet document:
- Bank/E-wallet name
- Bank/E-wallet account name
- Bank/E-wallet account number
Important: The name on the given bank or e-wallet document must match both the registered name in the IDA and the name on the valid, government-issued primary ID. This proof is needed to confirm account ownership and consistency across all given documents. All documents are handled securely in compliance with the company’s protocols and the data privacy law.
Review and Approval
Review and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures may take at least one business day. Once approved, the wholesaler’s account will be verified. A checkmark beside the Hello Infinity dashboard profile picture will indicate the IDA’s successful verification, allowing sales bonus commissions to be redeemed.
Wholesalers may choose to redeem their sales bonus through a bank cheque at the headquarters. This option is available even for IDA with an unverified status.
- Personal claiming of cheque: The wholesaler must present a valid, government-issued primary ID at the headquarters.
- Representative claiming of cheque: If a representative is authorized to claim the cheque, they must provide:
- An authorization letter signed by the wholesaler
- A photocopy of the Wholesaler’s valid, government-issued primary ID
- The photocopy must include three specimen signatures that match the signature on the valid, government-issued primary ID.

Primary IDs
We prioritize these IDs for their high security and verifiability. Presenting just one of the following IDs is sufficient for account verification.
- National ID (PhilSys ID): Issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). The official ID of the Philippines. All formats are valid for transactions, including the physical card, paper-based ePhilID, and the digital version accessible via the eGovPH app. Subject to authentication.
- Verification is done through the official portal: https://everify.gov.ph/check or the eGovPH app.
- Philippine Passport: Issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID Card): Issued by the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) or the Social Security System (SSS).
- Driver’s License: Issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID: Issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Digitized Postal ID: Issued by the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost).
Secondary IDs
If the wholesaler does not have a Primary ID, we can accept two (2) of the following Secondary IDs.
- NBI Clearance: Issued by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
- Senior Citizen’s ID: Issued by the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA).
- Police Clearance
- PNP Firearms License
- Barangay ID
- PhilHealth ID
- Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN) ID: The new, digitized version is accepted.
- Voter’s ID: The physical card is no longer issued, but it is still accepted as a secondary ID.
Not Valid IDs
These IDs are not accepted for account verification.
- Any non-government issued membership cards (e.g., gym, library, etc.).
- Cedula (Community Tax Certificate).
- Old, paper-based TIN ID or any other old paper IDs that have a modern, digitized equivalent.
Guidelines for Valid Copies or Photos of IDs
For online submissions, a physical or digital copy of the ID must meet these standards to be accepted.
- Clear and Sharp: The photo should be high-quality. All words, numbers, and your picture must be easy to see.
- Show the Whole ID: Do not cut off any part of the card. The full ID must be visible.
- No Glare or Blockers: Make sure there’s no light glare, shadows, or fingers covering any part of the ID.
- No Editing: Use the original photo. Do not apply filters or make any changes.
- Front and Back: If your ID has information on both sides (like a driver’s license), take clear photos of both sides.
